Orangetheory Fitness is all about the intervals. You will do more than 30 brief intervals of different exercises. Our instructors choose these exercises in order to provide you with a well-rounded workout that maximizes your time. The workout takes 60 minutes and burns about 500 to 1,000 calories on average.
